Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
An adult (21+) must be present to sign for a given wine shipment. UPS will attempt three deliveries and the customer will receive an email from UPS after each attempted delivery. After the last delivery attempt, unclaimed wines are sent back to our winery. Within 24 hours of wine being returned, a $25 restocking fee will be charged to the card on file. Customers who would like to reship their wines must reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week to request reshipment and will be charged for any associated shipping costs.
