Strawberry Rhubarb Flip
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 oz. St. Kathryn Cellars Strawberry Rhubarb wine
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 1/4 oz. simple syrup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and dry shake for 2 minutes. Add ice and shake for another minute, then strain over ice in a Collins glass.
