Chef Diana Tarasiewicz on our staff has created a St. Patrick’s Day cocktail combining the Medium Sweet and Peach Honey Wines.
Ingredients
  • 3 ozs Meadery of the Rockies Medium Sweet Honey Wine
  • 3 ozs Meadery of the Rockies Peach Honey Wine
  • 2 drops green food coloring
Directions

Pour both wines in a wine glass.  Add the food coloring and stir.  Enjoy cold or on the rocks! This can also be scaled up in a pitcher for a group.
