Chef Diana Tarasiewicz on our staff has created a St. Patrick’s Day cocktail combining the Medium Sweet and Peach Honey Wines.
- 3 ozs Meadery of the Rockies Medium Sweet Honey Wine
- 3 ozs Meadery of the Rockies Peach Honey Wine
- 2 drops green food coloring
Pour both wines in a wine glass. Add the food coloring and stir. Enjoy cold or on the rocks! This can also be scaled up in a pitcher for a group.
