Our Palisade Peach-inspired charcuterie board goes fantastic with our peach wines from St. Kathryn Cellars and the Meadery of the Rockies. It's the perfect combination of sweet and savory. We recommend enjoying with friends!
Ingredients
  • 1 Large Palisade Peach
  • 10 Slices of Genoa Salami
  • 1 Tube of Crackers
  • 1 Spoonful of Honeyville Peach Jelly
  • 1 Quarter wedge of Brie
  • 6-8 Slices of Irish Dubliner Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese
  • Peach Fudge (Made in-house)
Directions

Cut the peach in half, slicing one half, and scooping out the core of the second half. Fill the cored half with the goat cheese. Put the Honeyville jelly into a dish.
