Lavender and Honey Goat Cheese Appetizer
- 4 ozs log of fresh goat cheese (Haystack Mountain Boulder Chevre is a local favorite)
- 2 tsps culinary lavender or Herbes de Provence
- 2 tsps coarse sea salt
- 2 tbsps local Colorado honey
Put the lavender or Herbes de Provence on a plate, and mix in the sea salt. Roll the log of fresh goat cheese in the mixture, so it is well coated.
Place on a serving dish. Drizzle the honey on top.
