Cranberry French 75
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz St. Kathryn Cellars Cranberry Kiss Wine
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Syrup
- 2 ozs Sparkling Wine
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, St. Kathryn Cellars Cranberry Kiss Wine and simple cranberry syrup (recipe follows). Shake and strain into a chilled Champagne flute; top with about 2 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist and sugared cranberries. Serves 1.
Simple cranberry syrup: Boil 1 1/4 cup sugar and 1 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Add 2 cups cranberries; simmer 10 minutes until cranberries soften and pop. Cool to room temperature and strain syrup into a jar. Refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
