Requirements & Terms


Club Levels

Talon Wine Brands offers four (4) wine club membership levels.

  • Bronze: 2 bottles per shipment (10% discount)
  • Silver: 4 bottles per shipment (15% discount)
  • Gold: 6 bottles per shipment (20% discount)
  • Platinum: 12 bottles per shipment (25% discount)

Additional Discounts & Benefits

We offer discounts on additional wine purchases, gifts, and fudge. Your discount rate on these purchases is the same as your membership discount level.

Quarterly Shipments

Wines are shipped quarterly (August, November, February and May). To view shipment dates, please see our Shipping Calendar.

Your Commitment

Memberships are for a minimum of 1 year or 4 shipments

Wine Selections

  • Each quarter, we select wines for you initially, but allow you to change your selections. Selections will vary based on seasonal appropriateness, availability and special features. Our portfolio is very diverse and we try to provide you with a cross section of wines from all three of our wineries. To view the current, and upcoming quarterly selections, please click here.
  • You can add wines to your box by first logging into your account. Then, under ‘My Account’ click ‘Club List’ then ‘Edit Club’ and choose any additional wines to fill your box or send us an email and we add your choice of wines. Deadline for changes is one week prior to the scheduled shipment date. Please view our Shipping Calendar for quarterly dates and deadlines.
  • Pick-Up Members PLEASE NOTE: To make your wine selections, please visit us at our tasting rooms and make your selections directly with us, and NOT on the website.

Billing

  • Every quarter, 4 times per year, your credit card will automatically be billed for the retail price of the wines less your discount, plus shipping and any applicable states taxes.
  • Members will be charged for their wine shipments the first week of the quarterly shipment period. Please ensure you have updated credit card information on file. To update, please click here to login to your account, or contact us at (970) 464-1300.

Shipment Information

  • Shipping rates vary by state and weight/quantity. If you have any questions, please call our shipping office at (970) 464-1300 and we will be happy to provide a cost estimate to you.
  • Wine must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age or older.
  • The quality of our wines is guaranteed when signed for on the first delivery attempt.

Returns

  • Merchandise returned to us without prior notification and approval will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.

Pick-Up Members

  • Members who choose to pick up their wines at our St. Kathryn Cellars/Talon Winery tasting room may enjoy a pickup window of approximately 6 weeks, after which time the wine will automatically be shipped to the address on file. Shipping charges will apply. For specific dates, please see our Shipping Calendar.

Notification & Communication

  • Talon Wine Brands’ main form of communication with our members is email. Our email address is: orders@talonwinebrands.com. Please note that we do not sell, share, lease, or rent your personal information; your information is for Talon Wine Brands’ use only.
  • It is the club member’s responsibility to notify us of changes to their account, which include, but are not limited to, email address, telephone number or shipping address.
  • 2 to 3 weeks prior to each shipment, a pre-shipment email will be sent to notify you of which wines will be shipped and the cost, and will ask that you check your information listed to ensure the credit card and expiration and shipping address are current. You may delay your shipment for vacation by notifying us in advance before the shipment deadline. Changes to your account must be made by the shipment deadline date noted in the email to avoid any return, redirect or reshipment fees.
  • On the day that your wine leaves our winery, an email will be automatically generated by the carrier listing the tracking number of your package. Click on the link to follow your package progress so you will be available to sign for the wine. Carriers will attempt three deliveries. After the third attempt, the carrier will hold the package at their hub for an additional three days before returning it to the winery. 
  • Talon Wine Brands maintains a Wine Club email list, which we use to notify our members of our quarterly wine selections, timeframe for adjusting your order, shipment dates, and other important information that will enhance your membership experience.
  • If you ‘Unsubscribe’ from the Wine Club email list, please note that you are responsible for timely checks of your online account and the website for any changes made to the wine club.
  • Talon Wine Brands also sends out a monthly newsletter to our wine club members. Each issue is full of useful information about our unique wines; pairing suggestions; special offers/discounts on our wines, gifts, and fudge; and fun events for our members and friends. Weather Concerns

  • We may automatically hold shipments during time of extreme weather to protect your investment.
  • Carriers will be chosen by the winery to ensure best possible pricing and delivery method. 

State & Local laws

  • Per individual state laws, membership may not be available in your area. State laws may change without notice. Please contact us or check our website to verify whether we are able to ship to your state.
  • Members must be at least 21 years of age and provide verification of their date of birth upon signup.

Fees & Cancellation

  • Memberships are for a minimum of 1 year or 4 shipments.
  • There is no fee to join the Talon Wine Brands Wine Club. Upon signing, members agree to receive a minimum of 4 shipments.
  • Early cancellations are subject to a $65 fee, which will be charged to your credit card that is on file with us.
  • Merchandise returned to us without prior notification and approval will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.
  • If you contact us after the shipment deadline date specified in the pre-shipment notification, and your order is in transit, to:
    • Change your address: A redirect fee will be applied to your account. This fee will be dependent upon the carrier fee.
    • Stop your wine shipment and send it at a later date: A return fee as well as a new shipment fee will be applied to your account.
    • Cancel your order (after your 4th shipment): You will be credited for the wine, minus the original shipment and return shipment fee.

Member Responsibility

  • Talon Wine Brands  practices safe and responsible beverage consumption.
  • It is the club member's responsibility to notify us of changes to their accounts, which include, but are not limited to, email address, telephone number or shipping address. Non-notification may result in return, redirect or reshipment fees.
